We package every order with the same care we would want for our own collection — protective inner packaging, a rigid outer box, and full insurance on request.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Bank transfer orders are processed once payment proof has been verified, typically within 24 hours of upload.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Standard shipping is a flat rate on all orders under our free-shipping threshold; orders above that threshold ship free. Delivery timelines vary by destination and courier, typically 3–10 business days internationally.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, a tracking number will be added to your order and visible from your account's order history.

Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties determined by your country. These are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping charge.
